Summer Fun

A lot of things have happened this summer and I haven't been very good about blogging about them this summer so here are a few pics of all the excitement in our family.

We attended the sealing of one of George's good friends, Brad Guymon.  My favorite part of these kinds of sealings is always watching the kids come in and this one was no exception.

My youngest sister graduated high school.  It is nuts that she is old enough to be graduated.  I didn't get any pictures of her at the graduation, mostly just ones of the baby but I did get her a couple of times at lunch.  This was also the day before Geordan, Dan, and Zoey moved to Arizona which was very sad for us.

 Graduation Girl!

We planted our garden again this year.  Although we have struggled to keep it weeded, I was pretty darn proud of it at the beginning of the summer.  My favorite part was planting flowers this year.  It just brought some fun color to our little garden.

I made a date for George called the Super 8 date (yes, we went to see Super 8 that night) and part of that date was a little camp fire making, tin foil dinners, and s'mores.

 I have made fire!

  Mmmmmmmmmm.

We went to part of the Summerfest parade and watched fireworks with the Schiess family and friends.

At the end of June my dad's family got together for a family reunion.  It was fun to get together and even more fun to have Geordan and Zoey here.  Here's some fun pics that will definitely be making it into the family calendar for next year.

 Pancakes, Yum!

 Sweet!
I love this picture.  Isn't my mom one of the best looking Grandmas you have ever seen?

 Watching the crop duster.

 Yoga, downward dog.

 Zoey is fascinated by tongues.

Lastly, one of our favorite things to do is hang out with good friends and eat good food (and give all the little kids that good food too).

We love summer time and can't wait for all the rest of the fun stuff that we are sure to find to do this summer.  We are living up every moment we can before school starts again.
